Seattle Washington 98122
US (206) 709-9467 [map]
Price: $15

Neumos Presents: Dengue Fever, Lushy, Darek Mazzone (KEXP Expansions) :: Doors at 8pm :: $15 adv :: Advance tickets on sale now at: www.ticketswest.com, select QFCs, Rudy’s Barbershops, Moe Bar [Buy Tickets Online] :: 21+

"Lushy opened. Incorporating swing, jazz, bossa nova, and samba, they would kill on a cruise ship. Since there’s 10 members, we’re willing to bet that ends up a procedural two-parter. Fans of They Might Be Giants, Combustible Edison, and dancing with your parents will fall in love with this local band. They are made of tight rhythmic stacks, perfect for schmoozing into personal space bubbles, your cantina band of choice if pursued on a moonliner by holo-detectives or when trying to impress that lightly-tinted nonowoman who’s been giving you the eyepod all night."
